At Scentyl, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products and for health and safety reasons, we only accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is in resalable condition.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used fragrances.
- Products with broken seals.
- Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items.
- Gift cards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the product received.
- Photos of any damage or shipping issues.
We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was received damaged.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The item is defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Most refunds appear within 3-10 business days after processing.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return policy outlined above.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
